Dionne Nixon, MS

Dionne Nixon, BS, MS is the new Strategic Planner for STD and HIV for the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas County. Dionne has been in with the Department of Health for over 20 years. She has additional experience in education, as she has worked as an educator with children ages K-8 from 2013 through 2020. Ms. Nixon returned to the Department of Health in June of 2020 to assist with the COVID Pandemic response. Rekindling a love for public health, community awareness and education, Ms. Nixon returned to DOH to assist with the EHE efforts and work in her current position.
