Nicole Houston, MPH, CPH

Nicole Houston, MPH, CPH is one of the new EHE Strategic Planner/Consultants for the FL Department of Health in Pinellas County. Nicole has a diverse education and background in public health with a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and a two-year fellowship in Health Disparities through a partnership of Tuskegee University, Morehouse Medical School and University of Alabama, Birmingham. Most recently, Ms. Houston completed her MPH degree from the University of South Florida in Social Marketing for Public Health. Ms. Houston has been with the Florida Department of Health in Pinellas for about a year. Prior to taking full time position with the FL Department of Health about 6 months ago, Nicole worked as an educator and community health organizer with her own company, LBL Holistic Health & Wellness. Ms. Houston’s career objective is to provide education, awareness, and access to resources for optimal health and wellness for Black and underserved communities.
